Just in time for Valentines Day...Derry Church Artisan Chocolates!

Just in time for Valentines Day I was introduced to this great chocolate company with a colorful history... Derry Church Artisan Chocolates.  Derry Church is the historical name for a well known "chocolate town", Hershey, Pennsylvania.  While the executive pastry chef and chocolatier Eric Cayton has no relation to the famous Milton Snavely Hershey, he is 5th generation Derry Church so his family tree rubbed branches with the Hershey's.  Much has changed in the world today, but Chef Cayton still shares the same passion for world-class chocolate.  He practices traditional European methods, giving the same demanding attention to detail, with a near obsession for the purity and freshness of locally sourced, organic Pennsylvania creams and butters. Derry Church Artisan Chocolates also throws exotic herbs and spices, roasted nuts, and top-shelf liqueurs into the mix to keep things interesting.  They are beautifully packaged in handmade paper boxes, so that when you present them to your clients, guests, or even the one you love, it will be quite obvious that you took great care and pride in selecting an exquisite and unique gift for them...not just some piece of mass-produced candy you picked up at the mall or drug-store.

Visit Derry Church Artisan Chocolates to order your Valentine Chocolates!
